Sit down with ceo seemed scetchy asked questions then walked around outside trying to get people to sign up for stuff the went back to the office to review the day as well as more questions mostly about why I wanted the job and if I was committed

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Open Advertising (Chicago, IL) in May 2016
Interview
3 day interview process. The final interview is observational and consists of completing nonsense riddles and logic games. You are on the field with other obnoxious new-hires (in act, I was on the field with someone I had JUST been in the interview waiting room with three days prior. This was a complete red flag) The interview was a complete waste of time.
