Open Hand interview questions

I first submitted a few written responses in which they sent ahead of time, after that I was invited to do a phone interview, and then a few days later I was invited to come in and do an in-person interview

I first had a phone interview that was rather quick and positive. A few days later, was asked to come in for an in-person interview. This interview was with 2 people. They were very warm and friendly, and put me at ease. I received a call later that day that I had received the position!
