I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Open Sky Education (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2016
Interview
Begins with a small tour and introduction of routines to the school. The school serves breakfast for free to the students and you can enjoy rapport-building at this time. You will most likely shortly execute an example lesson to the class, and admins will observe. Afterwards, you will fill out a questionnaire, and then complete a face-to-face interview. A student may or may not be present during this time depending on the position you apply for.

At this school, you may be required to work 50 to 60+ hour weeks. How does this make you feel?
Easy, quick, and got an offer on the spot. The principal showed me around and asked me if I been in the class before? How would you see myself handling 20+ students? What are some classroom management?
