Thank you for your feedback. All of our hiring processes begin with a brief 15-minute screening call with an HR manager to determine whether there's a mutual fit to move forward. Screening calls are certainly quick! Although our HR manager will walk you through the interview process during this short meeting, it is not intended to be a full-length interview. This screening call allows us to converse with a candidate putting them at ease and is a reflection of our work environment. Future rounds within the interviewing process provide a more in-depth discussion assessing your skill set by leaders within that department.
