I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OpenSpace (CA) (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2023
Interview
My interview process was interrupted by the company's annual in-person gathering, so it ended up being drawn out over a month. Each interview was pleasant, though. The recruiter was communicative and gave me a good idea of what to expect. Beyond the typical behavioral questions, I was asked to build a React prototype based on an example API. I found it to be a fair assessment of my experience and the job expectations.

Interview
Confusing communications and dishonest waste of time. My multiple requests for an idea of what to expect on the first tech round were actively ignored, which turned out to be more suited for an associate level interview and a complete waste of time. I was blatantly lied to multiple times about the structure of the rest of the interview process. Process is extremely long for a non FAANG company, opted out to pursue better opportunities.

Applied online and a recruiter reached out to schedule a call, which was rescheduled a bunch of times and I accepted an offer from another company before this call ever happened.
