Openlands interview questions

First step was a phone screener, with basic questions about resume and confirming the qualifications that are listed on the posting. Second was a panel/interview with a few people via video chat. It was somewhat awkward but all video group interviews feel that way to me, at least. Everyone was friendly and professional, though it did feel somewhat rushed.
