There were a few steps for the interview process, but I really appreciated it as I got to ask very specific questions to every area of the business. I also walked away from every interview feeling really positive about my colleagues and so knowledgeable about the role.
First I spoke with talent acquisition who explained who the company was, their culture and their values. She wanted to make sure our values aligned.
I then met with the brand marketing manager and talent acquisition who just wanted to understand who I was, what environment I thrive in and my work ethic.
I then met the Australian marketing manager and customer relations manager who wanted to understand my approach to marketing and design and how I marry the two.
I was given a take home task to finish over the weekend, it was three social posts to communicate key messages to key audiences.
Finally I met with the chief people officer, marketing head and graphic designer from the UK. Who wanted to understand my approach to design.
