Lots of probing questions about my ability to follow management directions. Many of the questions we're outside the scope of the position, dealing with my views on taking criticism and completing tasks as ordered. And also not communicating with outside entities unless approved by or having notified the leadership prior. It was very surreal, I actually was thinking in my head that they were worried I wouldn't "SHUT UP" and do as I was told in certain situations.
