Resume and cover letter accepted only with no phone calls or walk in interviews. They will review all resumes received and look to see if the cover letter matches the resume and the position applied. There will be a panel (3) interview with approximately 18 questions. At the end of the interview the candidate will be asked to open a document in Word, write a letter and save it to the desk top. This is to ensure the candidate actually has knowledge of the PC, Microsoft Word and written correspondence as well as following directions. The receptionist and any employee that has any interaction or visual sighting (at any time) of any candidate will give their impression to the panel.
