Opinions interview questions

It was a very in-depth process that made me concerned about whether I would get the job. In the end, I would say that the interview process was good overall.

Phone interviews; two in total. No in person interview. The first interview lasted about 20 minutes where I was asked about my management experience and educational background. The second interview was a little longer where I was questioned on how I motivate employees and why would I accept the role based on my level of education.
