Opportunity Village interview questions

2 interviews, both the manager and assistant manager was there. They are very nice and professional. Lasted about a half hour each. Got a job offer however Human Resources was the reason I started a month after I got the job offer.

There was a two person panel interview. First, I was given the opportunity to give a brief description of my skills,experience and a little about me. The process moved in to specific questions related to the job, experience, culture and behavior. The interviewers were very thorough with documenting and scoring the answers.
