Interview
Two in person interviews. All interviews were very conversational. In the first interview I was interviewed by three managers consecutively. The interview was very easy however it was repetitive as they were asking the same questions. First interview took about 1.5 hours. Second Interview was also very conversational however with the owners of the business this time. Gave me a better understanding of the business and also removed the barriers to senior management before I even started the new role which was great!

It was a very nice & easy process, nothing inherently difficult. It was just a classic recruitment type interview. A form of a psychometric test was carried out and then discussed in the final stage interview.

It was amazing, the employers cared more about me as a person than the person I am on paper. They took a great interest in my passions and my ambitions and really wanted to ensure that I was ready to work here by being open and honest.
