Shortlisted for interview, Interview insists of scenario questions around support work but overall they wanted to get to know me. After the interview they scans my ID documents so if I was successful they could apply for a Enhanced DBS. About 3 days later I got offered the position and they sent of for my references, DBS checks and asked me to complete forms. I worked my notice in my previous job and started in April and completed training and shadow shifts.
