The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by interviews with product managers, and a final round with product managers and a director. Throughout the early stages, communication was timely and clear, and I appreciated the structured nature of the process as well as the opportunity to engage with various members of the team.
However, after the final round, communication tapered off. Despite several follow-up emails on my part, I did not receive a clear update on the status of my application. Eventually, I received a standard automated email indicating that the team had decided to move forward with another candidate whose background more closely aligned with their needs. Interestingly, I noticed the same role was reposted approximately two weeks later.
Overall, while my interactions during the interviews were positive and reflective of a well-organized process, more transparent communication at the conclusion, particularly a direct response rather than a prolonged silence would have been appreciated and more in line with the company’s strong reputation.
