Orange County Head Start interview questions

I had an initial phone screening with HR and then had a 3panel interview. I didn't have the best experience because the interviewers made me wait nearly an hour just for the interview. Here is the breakdown of my time there. Showed up a bit early before 1pm. 1pm-1:10pm - Completed paperwork and did a typing test, About 1:10pm-1:50pm I was waiting for the staff to "set up" for the interview since one of their managers or whever is also in charge was out sick. They had her on the laptop. 1:50pm-ish - 2:20pm or so is when I had my interview. It seems as if the staff here do not value the time of their candidate's. I will not be applying here again.
