4 stage process - remote technical interview with the technical lead, an in-person technical interview with a director, an interview with HR, and finally recommendations/references.
The technical questions were fair, even a bit easy for the position i enrolled for, the HR interview was stressful.

Standard process. Manager over Zoom for short technical questions, system design at the office, HR. Also had home assignment which was pretty easy with ChatGPT and online resources. They were quick to follow up
