      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Orr Group (Washington, DC)

      Interview

The process was so unprofessional it turned me off from working with Orr Group in any capacity in the future. Interview were moved sporadically, emails were not replied to until the last possible moment, and meeting links were incorrectly provided. Little in the way to suggest this would be a work environment worth investing in.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Orr Group in Oct 2017

      Interview

Fairly normal interview process; first round a video interview with multiple associates asking basic and straightforward questions. Then moved into the second round which was an in-person interview, which was also straightforward, met with multiple senior level consultants, slightly harder questions but still what is expected. Honestly, the process was really positive until after the interview. I was told I would hear back from the HR person and after not hearing anything for a week I sent a polite email just checking in and asking when I should expect to hear what the next steps in the process were. I received no email response for another week and then called, leaving a message. Still received no response from them after that. Being left in the dark completely after I came to their office for an interview definitely rubbed me the wrong way, not how companies should treat candidates, even if they didn't want to move forward with me.
