The interview process was really easy. I enjoyed it. You go to the office building and meet with 2 managers. I loved the process and I ended up getting the job and working there for a few years.

What was one time you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you handle the situation?
Meet with one of the managers via zoom, asked the basic describe a time when…. questions. Then called two days later with an offer. Pretty simple process. However after being there a few years, it seems they’ll hire anyone that can follow the “not call center but basics a call center” instructions and meat que quotas.
