We love to have a positive and welcoming environment with a small-team feel and pride ourselves on the smiles and laughter in the office. We believe this is one reason why over half of our team has been with Osborne for over 10 years.
In this specific scenario, although the results of the candidate’s assessment were not up to our standards for the position, rather than cancel the zoom, we felt the candidate had a good personality and quality past experience thus wanted to give the candidate a chance to explain the assessment results (maybe a bad day or ran out of time). We wish this candidate the best and know they will find a great fit for their skill set.
