Talent Acquisition / Chermaine - Really personable and lively, understood the current market and pushed for my interview to be held sooner which made a huge difference. The end to end process went without a hitch and was one of the best experiences I have had. Head of Sales / Chris - Was unwell but still interviewed. Easy to speak to and gave great general advice as well as going into details about different team members. Managing Director / Alexey - Really enjoyed his direct approach. Clearly set up questions and explained the purpose of the interview. Genuinely wanted to know you as a person. Was also unwell but still spoke to me. It is with regret that I didn't accept the offer. I wish Osome all the best with their growing team and success!

The interview is online and fairly quick (<30min). The interviewer was very friendly. The next stage is an interview with one of the managers and involves cold-calling roleplay. Not sure what comes after that as I did not interview yet.
