Almost comical. I received an email to schedule my Zoom interview after applying through Indeed. That interview was a group interview, which I wasn't made aware prior, but it was an opportunity to get to know our personality. Later in the day, I received a call and email with big font saying "CONGRATULATIONS!! on being selected for a second interview!!" The interviewer the second time interviewed me and another candidate at the same time. There was no "flow" to what she was saying and was all over the place with her content. She spoke for 45 minutes without giving a clear understanding of the job or day to day. The posting on Indeed showed a salary of $48,000-$58,000 but the interviewer said the current amount I would be making is $400-$600 a week, which at $600, that's just over $31K. I lost interest in the interview once I was told that they all work Monday-Friday and ALSO a half day on Saturday but the person who's name was said that I assume was the owner, since that was never actually explained, "Understands that life happens and we need time to take care of things." Having to ask for an entire additional day off when I'm expected to work six every week is no work/life balance I want to be part of. No thanks.
