Interview
It wasn't really an interview. I got referred then we started the paper work such as W-4, all past addresses, fingerprints, medical history documents from doctors etc. I got asked simple questions like when can you start. Like I said it wasn't much of an interview since I was referred and they needed more staff.

They asked if I ever worked with special needs kids before, if not any kids, who referred me, when will I be able to start?
