Ottawa Police Service, Ontario interview questions

there was a group interview. It consisted of participating in activities to see how we work together as a group. Than there was an individual interview where 3 questions where asked.

Practical test writing component - it was long and tedious, the scoring was very subjective. I would have preferred an objective test Panel interview component - 3 person panel, two civilian personnel, one sworn officer Both interviews left a sour taste.
