4 interviews including an in person panel.
The people were all nice enough, especially the recruiter. However, the whole process was a complete disappointment that required a lot of time and energy. If you are currently unemployed and going through this interview process it might be better for you. Personally, I currently have a job and found it extremely difficult to work on the panel assignment, given the extensive amount of work they want you to do solely for a job interview.
It required a lot of work and industry knowledge. I had to find the time to go to the office to present to a team, which was fine but just required again a lot of time and energy, which is difficult for someone working full time. In my case, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week and never heard back. It was A LOT for an associate role that requires you to be in office everyday for pretty low pay… being ghosted always sucks, but especially when you put a lot of time into it. Message to otter: don’t ghost your job applicants :)
