Great process. Was given a tour of the facility and met with many of the onsite staff. Very friendly and welcoming environment. You can tell they truly care about their residents and staff. Was given an offer after one interview.

Interview by "Executive Director" and Nurse Manager, followed by team interview. I feel I was a victim of reverse discrimination- if you aren't LGBTQ, they aren't interested in you , whether or not you have the applicable experience.
