Oura's communication during the process was exemplary. One of the things I appreciated the most was they kept in touch throughout, letting me know what to expect next and when to expect it. The process wasn't excessively long: Application, one interview with HR and a technical one. They were fast to answer all questions, and to let me know they wanted to make me an offer. The official offer letter itself took a little bit longer to arrive, but not terribly so. Overall, I would rate the hiring process highly. It's well planned and executed, and treats applicants with care and humanity.
