Outsourced Solutions interview questions

First round was easy and lasted about 15 min with the manager, she provided information about the company. The second round was behavioral test with a mentor, about 30 min.

First interview was very short. The environment was friendly and inviting. There wasn't a lot of depth to the first interview. They are more just trying to gauge who you are and if you are a fit. Made it to the second round, and the questions were more in depth and harder. They really made you think.
