Interview
Friendly and personable, the process consisted of a 1st round take-home programming assignment, 2nd round video call with the engineering hiring manage, and finally a 3rd round ~2 hour live coding sessions with two of the engineering team leads.

Interview
Two calls: one with CTO (30m or so, depending how good the conversation is) and another with team lead, project manager, and devops (little more than 1h) - total time was about 3h over 4-5 weeks (application to decision)
Some skills assessment - if you know your stuff, this ends up in more of a conversational tone and it seems like the team just assesses if you would make a good fit
However - I had to follow up for a decision - it wasn't just provided when they made one - which seems rude considering how much time companies take from candidates to determine if they want you to work for them (this is the only reason I found the experience negative - it's like watching an excellent movie with a bad ending, ruins everything)
