Interview
Multi-step interview process. Started as an informal call, then interviewed other current project managers, then lastly the Vice president and a project executive. The overall interview process was geared toward if and how I could fit into the companies long term vision and if my personality would mesh with current employees.

1. What types of projects have you worked on. What types of projects excite you.
2. Where do you prefer to work (corporate, jobsite, etc).
3. Will you be able to commute long distances for an extended period of time? With the understanding of eventually getting a job closer to where you live?
