One of the smoothest interview processes I have ever had in my career till now.
- Technical Recruiter Call - 1 Hour
- Technical Interview + High Level System Design - 1 Hour
- Meet the team + Behaviour - 1 Hour
- Meet the VP - 20 mins
Not only do the interviews hit the sweet spot by not having too little or too many interviews, but the fact that all the interviews were organized and completed within a week shows how agile, professional and dynamic the whole process is.
