I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oxford Learning Center (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2018
Interview
Very easy tests. I just had to talk about previous work experience then do a French and math test. I passed easily and I started working there the same week. The boss is very nice
I interviewed at Oxford Learning Center (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
I had a friend working there, and she introduced me to the manager. The manager then set up a call with me for about 15 minutes right after I texted her. She wanted to know my availability, transportation, and salary expectations, and then scheduled an on-site interview. Since I was a university student, it was easy. There were no technical questions during the interview, even though I had prepared for them. It was easy overall.
