first there is a written test aptitiude and technical and after that GD and last round is technical face to face interview. technical questions are normally java questions basic and aptitude is simple maths.

First Round : Written test, Mostly questions are from Java, some question are multiple choice question which are programming question. In an aptitude question mostly question from number system, percentage and some from time and work.
Second round : Technical interview ( Java Collections, Data Structure,Database questions)
Third round : Group discussion
Fourth Round : HR round

Very good.lucrative.the hiring process is good and fair.no biased.standards are well maintained comapred to other segment industries.a comfortable zone given to people by hr during interview where he/she can easily express themselves.
