First interview was in person, no phone screen was held. Interview lasted about an hour, part of it being discussion-based and the other part being question-based. Left feeling good about the interview, but never heard back from HR or the manager after several follow ups, which is unfortunate given the distance I traveled to perform the interview in the middle of a pandemic. On-site office staff did not wear their masks although I believe the mandate was still active at the time.
