The interview process was a wonderful experience. Travis is an excellent person to talk to as far as the first step and final steps. It more felt like talking with a friend or family member. Made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Interview
I applied to the inside sales representative position in April of 2024, by June of 2024 I was contacted for part 1 of 3 interviews each person I met with was great! Christina did a stand up job by keeping in contact through both text, email, and phone calls, she really made the process feel welcoming! I then had a second interview with Ahmad he was professional and cut strait to the chase outlining the job for me and explained everything in great detail! Lastly for the 3rd interview I met with another Manager named Jessica she was polite and courteous by outlining the expectations of the role that I had applied for she helped me to decide that Pjfitz was where I wanted to go next in my career. The whole process was fairly quick and made very convenient by having all means of contact by either text, phone, or email. Interviews were each also convenient by means of conducting via zoom I was able to complete all 3 interviews from the comfort of my home! So far everyone I have met with has been great! I’d like to give some recognition to each of the staff that has helped me so far! Tonya the trainer has been a pleasure to learn from, Jen from onboarding helped to ensure I was ready for my first day! Sarah really rolled out the carpet for GCO (Green carpet Orientation) overall me experience has been great so far and I am very much looking forward to each next day as it arrives!

Interview
The interview process was swift and very well organized. I worked mainly with Travis and Jennifer through phone calls, emails and text messages to ensure everything was set up for two of my interviews properly and sufficiently. Initially, there is a phone conversation to go over the job description for the inside sales representative position. After that, I was scheduled for a first interview thru video. Once a decision was made to move forward I again had a video interview. Within that day I had an answer as to whether or not I was accepted to work at PJ Fitzpatrick and I quickly received all my onboarding information. I appreciated the swiftness as it can be stressful waiting to get hired or not from a company! I am excited to start my journey with them as the atmosphere already seems to be team oriented and very well organized, set you up for success type of job!
