Walk in's is good. They call you back if you are qualified and invite you for a face to face interview and straight after the face to face interview they will tell you if you are hired.

Tell us about yourself, give a brief explanation about your work experience
There was an online application, and then normal interview questions with the manager, like behavioural, how you would deal with certain situations, and then they had me do a competency in math test
I was contacted for an interview and asked a series of very simple and common questions about myself, and then asked to read the contract and ask any questions if I had any
