Telephone 30min Interview from Hiring Manager. Had follow-up telephone call after the interview. There would be a 2nd telephone interview and an on-site interview afterward. Overall it was a good experience but unfortunately, I did not pass it.

Interview
There was no real interview process. My former boss knew my PI here and I was in. No formal resume review, went solely off the word of my former boss. Interview process was brief and informal. My PI is very friendly and helpful with both work as well as making new connections.
