Initial screening was a video call with both the recruiter and the hiring director. Communication was quick, and a few days later I received feedback I'd be moving forward. The next phase was a take-home coding challenge I found quite enjoyable, followed by a presentation of my solution to an engineering panel. Final round was on-site with the VP and Head of Talent Acquisition, and included a leadership case. Afterward I got to meet the team I would have been supervising, and they all seemed very capable. I received feedback on my case which I found quite helpful, but unfortunately my consulting background got the better of me, and I did not structure my case appropriately. I regret the mistakes I made in the final round, but we learn more from our failures than our successes. This seems like a great company and I wish them the very best, even if it means I cannot count myself among them.
