Firstly, an aptitude was conducted. Based on the scores, 25 students were shortlisted. These 25 students were interviewed amd 10 students were selected accordingly. It was a great intervew which ended up much confidently for me. The reulys declared were unbiased and fair to all. Based on the interview we were given responsibilities and precisions about our work in the institution.
