Two rounds of interviews: First was phone screening and second was interview by associate members of the firm. Both were behavioral and technical heavy, have heard both can be asked in either the first or second interviews, but it really varies.

Interview
Good communication throughout recruiting process, but interviewer seemed to not be paying attention during interview. Company culture did not seem great either, which is a shame because the position seemed like an interesting opportunity.
