I interviewed with PCNA for an Account Manager role and had a really great experience overall. Everyone I met from the Spoke team was welcoming, and the process felt organized and smooth from start to finish. I especially want to give a shoutout to Sarah, the recruiter I worked with. She was super communicative and straightforward throughout the process, which made everything feel really easy even when we had a last-minute change to the interview time and location, it was handled quickly and professionally. Even though I ended up accepting another opportunity, I wanted to leave a quick review because of how positive the experience was. The interview process was quick and seamless. The Recruiter was very detailed in what to expect in the process, and all interviews were completed within 1 week, all done over Teams. The teams were great to interview with, very interactive, professional. I was offered the role within the week.
