Interview
Very pleasant interview. I was provided with lots of information regarding the company. Went very well. The 2 managers who interviewed me were very nice and answered all my questions.

A phone interview with the recruiter and then a phone interview with hiring manager and an in person interview to meet with the team. Recruiter kept me informed of the process and gave feedback along the way

Interview
Overall an easy interview, but salary expectations were not properly addressed. They claim you'll be making big money in year 2 and 3, but when I pressed them on how many people last that long, they got defensive.
The recruiter was nice, and the Sales Manager/Director (?) was as well, at first. He used a lot of buzzwords like IoT, data center, etc. but didn't seem to understand what they actually are.
A phrase he also used a lot was "we don't have that yet, but we're working on it." Didn't sound like he believed in the company much either.
As a last resort I reached out to some sales contacts I had already at the company via LinkedIn, and they had less than kind things to say about the sales environment (in-fighting, account stealing, micro-management).
I went with my gut and didn't pursue the opening further.
