Phone screening by technical support supervisor, invited to interview. Interview was with department manager and supervisor. The office was air-conditioned and I found myself struggling not to shiver. The environment was casual but serious, and, since I had another job lined up already, I likely squandered the opportunity by opening up too much and revealing my true freewheeling personality. We also discussed strategies for dealing with stressful situations.
