Wasn’t interviewed by the hiring manager but his ‘right hand’ man instead. No technical questions were asked and mainly focusing on my daily job scope. I prepared and came all the way from Malaysia to SG for the interview only to be told that they are actually looking for candidates to be stationed in their Malaysia branch. I was asked to re-submit an application form of their Malaysia branch and offered a position in Malaysia plant instead. Could be more professional in hiring process and make it clear before the interview that the position is stationed in Malaysia not wasting candidates time and effort.

The interviewer and hiring manager are very friendly. The interview is mostly done through skype. During interview the internet connection must be very good , else you will not be able to listen what they are asking. Normally will be interview by the hiring manager and your future superior.
