The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PENNYMAC (Plano, TX)
Interview
Disclaimer: I interviewed during the Covid-19 pandemic so the process I went through was not the norm.
Filled out application Sunday night, received email to complete a quick assessment Monday night....Tuesday
I received an email request for a zoom meeting for that Friday.
I was asked standard questions about my background, my experience dealing with unhappy customers and ways I helped out my peers. Interview lasted about 30 minutes, and I received a call a week later to offer me the position. Once I accepted the offer a complete background check was performed(which took about 24
hours). In all from application to offer it took about two weeks.
