Interviewed with hiring manager who called it a lead position. The hiring manager did not seem very sure about what he wanted the FVP to focus on, other than it sounded more like an individual contributor role than a management role. More focused on tech knowledge rather than people or management skills.
It took them almost two weeks to reach back out to me after the manager interview, to say they were still waiting for feedback from the hiring manager. Recruiter went radio silent after that.
