Interview
They started with personal questions similar to questionnaire and moved to a rapid fire technical round for the second half to assess coffee knowledge. Whole thing took about 30 minutes.
They asked standard customer service questions that would apply at any restaurant or coffee shop. Asked about coffee knowledge as well, including specific espresso techniques. Two managers conducted the interview.
