I interviewed for the Implementation Specialist position, first. There was an initial interview with HR followed by an interview with the implementation manager and her boss. This interview was followed by a job shadow interview with the other implementation specialists. All 3 of these interviews went very well and were about 2 weeks apart. I was told I would hear back very soon and had to follow up twice before being told that they went in a different direction, but invited me to interview for the Software Implementation Engineer position. I was told they felt this would be a better fit for my skillset (recent coding bootcamp grad). For the SIE position, I did not have an initial interview. I went straight to the technical interview round where I met with the director of software engineering and he asked me about my experience and had a lot of detail oriented questions to "test" my skills. As this was my first technical interview, I did not feel that it went as smoothly as I would have liked. The gentleman also had his camera off the entire time (interview via TEAMS), which made it hard to get a good reading of how he felt it was going. I was told they were at the beginning of the hiring process for this position and they would keep me updated on next steps. I followed up every two weeks or so to restate my interest and was eventually told they went in a different direction. The overall process was decent, but I wish they could have given me a little more concrete information about the process and the positions. I also felt they did not fully review my resume before the interviews.
