      Social Media Lead Interview

      May 10, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PESI in Apr 2026

      Interview

The interview was 30 minutes long. I was told that there were 3 rounds of interviews. First one being with HR and supervisor over the marketing team, the second interview would be with entire marketing team, and the third round would be traveling to their headquarters in Wisconsin to meet everyone in-person. The HR manager (Shelly) told me that they would notify me a week after the first interview to let me know if they would continue with me for the second interview. A week went by, then two weeks, by the third week I still did not hear from anyone so I sent an email to Shelly asking about updates. That's when Shelly FINALLY sent me an email stating they were moving forward with someone else. To me this was very unprofessional for not communicating for 3 weeks after telling me I would know something within a week. Also, 3 rounds of interviewing is absurd!
