Two rounds of interview over Teams done remotely. The first was with another Associate on the team and the second was with the supervising Partner and head of HR - everyone was very nice
Two stage interview process, both via zoom as it was during the pandemic. Efficient recruitment process in comparison with most law firms. One last minute change of interviewer. Thought there’d be a third round but received an offer after the second interview.
