I had a phone interview lasting around ten minutes, during which I was asked about my background. Then, they scheduled a group interview with around ten people. In this interview, we had a group challenge, which we had to solve together. In my opinion, it is very hard to show your true skills in this kind of interview, especially when you have just met the people around you.
